When will the very "big change" occur?

Today, Monday, April the third, it IS the very first evening I came back home at 7pm only and felt right away the urgent need to take a shower. Outside a kind of misty fog surronding Taipei... The Change of the spring is on the way! No kiddin' My most interesting snapshot of the day. I've also turned on the fan, but not the AirCond yet.
